Biography

Born in 1972, Indore, M.P.
He holds the degree of M.FA. pursued at the Government Institute of Fine Arts, Indore, MP (1997). A steady artist, he does has held three solo Exhibitions since 2000, namely, ‘Vilambit’, Museum Art Gallery, Mumbai (2008); ‘Does She Appear in Grey…?’, Daira Centre for Arts and Culture, Hyderabad (2004) and ‘Year 2000 “DUO” ’, Alliance Française de Bhopal (2000). In the beginning his works were regularly featured at Devlalikar Kala Vithika, Indore since 1993. Thereafter, his works are represented in several group shows in India and abroad, among which major are: ‘Middle Ages’, California, USA (2008); ‘Amoorta’, Kolkata and ‘Roopmat’, Bangalore in 2007; ‘Nine’, New Delhi (2006); ‘Aseem’, New Delhi (2005); ‘Deh’, New Delhi (2004); ‘The Bachelor Apartments’ with Jim Beard Foundation, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi (2003); ‘Apparition’, Lalit Kala Akademi, Trissur and ‘Gangcey 13’, Colombo in 2002. His works were part of a traveling show of Artists from MP Lalit Kala Akademi, titled ‘Anadi’ that traveled to Kolkata, Bangalore, Mumbai and New Delhi in 2000-01. Among critically acclaimed shows are: ‘Similarities And Dissimilarities’, Mumbai (2001) and ‘Young Indore’, Curated by M.F. Husain, New Delhi (1996). He has also attended National artist camp organized by National Lalit Kala Akademi at Ooty 2006 and 2008. His works are in esteemed collections in India and abroad.

He presently lives and works in New Delhi.

S. Harsha Vardhana

Biography

Born 1958 in New Delhi, Harsha did his M.Sc. in Bio Science from The Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences, Pilani in 1980 and diploma in Business Management. He is a self taught artist and held his solo exhibitions at Singapore; Chennai; Mumbai and thrice in New Delhi. He has also participated in several group shows across India and abroad including First Biennale of Contemporary Art, Romania in 2005; Indian artist for France, New Delhi Young contemporary artists, New Delhi in 2004; 2D / 3D, Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre, Hong Kong in 2003; Chennai and Mumbai in 2002; New Delhi in 2001; Post Modern Indian Art, USA in 1997; Bharat Bhawan Biennial of Contemporary Indian Art, Bhopal in 1996. He lives and works in New Delhi.

Biography

She completed G.D in Fine Arts (Painting) from L. S. Raheja School of Art, Mumbai (1992). She has held several solo shows in Mumbai since 1994 on a regular basis, and other prominent shows have been at The Gallery at Red Church Street, London (2007) and Alliance Française de New Delhi (2006). She has participated in many group exhibitions at major cities in India and abroad including: ‘Mapping Memories 2’, New Delhi (2008); ’The Eye Within’, New Delhi (2007); at The Berkley Square Gallery, London (2006); ‘Edge of Abstraction’, New Delhi (2005); ‘Ideas and Images’, a group-show by women artists at NGMA, Mumbai and National Exhibition of Art, by Lalit Kala Akademi, Kerala (2004); ‘Art Jumboree’, Mumbai (1999); ‘Essays in Time’, Nehru Centre, Mumbai (1998); ‘50 years of Art in Bombay’, N.G.M.A, Mumbai (1997); ‘Miniature Format Show’, Mumbai (1996-2000); ‘Annual Show’, Art Society of India, Mumbai (1993); ‘Citi Art Utsav’, by Citi Bank, Mumbai and 5th All India Contest SCZCC, Nagpur (1991). She also participated in fairs, festivals and auctions such as the Singapore Art Fair (2006), ‘Art for Hearts Sake’, Auction conducted by Bowring’s (2003) and Kala Ghoda Festival at N.G.M.A, Mumbai (2001).

She presently lives in Mumbai.
